Grade II Listed, private and repeat client. Full scale alteration and refurbishment, external and internal including design, build & project management, including complete facade restoration to front elevation of property. This was a challenging project as space was at a premium and the building was in a state of near dereliction. The work comprised masonry and joinery works where traditional techniques were employed and needed to link in with modern state-of-the-art fixtures and fittings. The result was a perfectly executed project. |
