Private Client Architect: Hipkin, Simms & Sanderson, Melton Mowbray As part of the purchase condition of Somerby Methodist Chapel, it was specified that the 1960s extension be separated to form a new meeting hall and church. A new extension with circular roof structure was added to house the altar which had been moved from the original chapel. A full refurbishment of the hall was also undertaken to included kitchen and W.C. area. The photographs show the building externally before and after the separation and extension. |
