The row of farm workers cottages was demolished and most of the bricks and tiles were salvaged and cleaned ready for use on the new build.

Solar panels were installed to significantly reduce running costs.

The T-shaped building provides spacious and well-proportioned living space with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
