Most of the building was carefully demolished and rebuilt to form a garage/workshop with living area over.

This was a very intricate project as the works area was very confined and the existing structure was in a state of collapse.

After initially consolidating all remaining walls, the new external walls were rebuilt from salvaged materials on site and a new roof structure designed to incorporate the first floor living space.

The photographs show the state of disrepair in which the building was prior to works being undertaken, and the restored structure with new first floor.
